My Triumphant Return! (Part 1: Haul) . Greetings citizens of the 'Pages! You probably didn't notice, but it's been a bit since I've posted stuff. But now that the holiday season is just about over I have no excuse not to post things. So I'm back. . So, to kick the New Year into gear I decided to do a fun post showing what I got over the Christmas season, the set-up for our LEGOs, stuff like that. Then I'll start posting some new MOCs and story/RP stuff. (Quick disclaimer: Our room has been put into a false set of cleanliness for the sake of these posts. :P) Let's start off with my haul, well, what's left of it. (Please note that I don't particularly like to brag, this is mostly upon request.) Let's get started shall we? Baby Groot: I am Groot. (Dramatic zoom-out!) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- One of the sets I got is "The Ultimate Battle for Asgard - 76084" (I haven't seen the movie yet, so please, no spoilers.) Overall a cool set, though, like most sets I got, I just wanted it for the minifigures. "Um... How do you fly this thing?" "Do you ever get the feeling that you're being watched?" ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I also recieved "Ayesha's Revenge - 76080". (Author's note: If I was on point here I would have added some kind of "#Thuglife" caption... Or something. I apologize.) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I also got "Iron Man: Detroit Steel Strikes - 76077" Though, it looks like Iron Man did a number on him... (In reality I just already have started taking parts of of him...) But that's okay. We all know what the really cool part of this set is... Lola! Agent Coulson's super-cool, super-spy car! "Oh yeah." Also, can someone tell me when this robot looks like it has stilettos? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Another one I got is "Beware the Vulture - 76083" (I also haven't seen this movie.) This set was pretty cool, I suppose. It does have a giant laser, which is neat. But, as you might have guessed, I mostly wanted the Spider-man minifigure. (Spider-man is one of my favorites.) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We also got this nutcracker promotional set. Neither my brother or I really wanted to put it together, so our dad did it. :P Hm... this one's kinda' boring. Let's add some flair! Much better. XD ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We also got some collectible minifigures. The ones we hadn't already gotten (as shown above) are: Garmadon, The Smoothie General and The Retro Spaceman. (Whom I immediately named Spaceman Spiff.) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Well, that's all for this post. Next I'll show your our set-up. Until then! Thanks for clickin' and keep on brickin'!
