Foam 110 . Foam 110 is the second ARFF located at CBX and is staffed by a crew of 3. . Cab shows the spacious interior for the firefighters and the large windshield for a wide view. Compartments store rescue equipment or firefighting equipment. Rear of the body shows the access to the engine. The access ladder on the back allows firefighters to go on top of the rig which stores long tools or the 32 ft extension ladder. Foam 110 is capable of reaching any incident at the airport within 3 minutes of being toned out. The firefighting capabilities of this massive rig include the 65 ft Snozzle and the 1250 gpm bumper monitor, both of which are controlled from inside the cab. Both can also be operated while the vehicle is in motion. The Snozzle can be positioned to hit hard to reach fires. The top of the rig shows storage for tools and the ground ladder. The Snozzle can reach 65 ft in the air! Foam 10 (rear) and Foam 110 (front) are ready for action! Station 10 as it currently stands! Left to Right: Foam 10, Battalion 5, and Foam 110. Left to Right: Foam 10, Foam 1, and Foam 110 all have a High Reach Extendable Turret! Castle Beach Fire Department has placed Foam 110 in service at Castle Beach International Airport. Foam 110 is this 2018 Oshkosh Global 6x6 Striker equipped with a 65 Snozzle and will replace an aging Oshkosh T-3000. This next gen ARFF has way more firefighting capabilities than its predecessor and will serve CBX and surrounding areas!
