Classic Space Mobile Command Center . Hello! Here's another Classic Space creation from me, a mobile command center! . Every once in a while, my uncle and I do a bit of a challenge. Normally, for the challenge, we'd take an old CS set, and we'd each have to build our own version of it. But this time, for our challenge, we decided to build something CS never had, a mobile base! I went with a command center, and he, along with my nephew, is working on a mobile research base. Anyways, on to the creation! I was originally planning on a much larger mobile base, not just a command center, with all the works. But unfortunately, I just didn't have enough parts. That's why I decided to go with a smaller command center. And I'm pretty pleased with the result! In front, we've got the cab, obviously. Here's a shot of the back of the cab. Here's the trailer end, where all the fun stuff is. Here's the rear window. The other side. Now, we'll take a look at the features, and each of the crew along with their jobs. Up front, we've got the red spaceman, who drives the vehicle. Also in the cab, we have the yellow spaceman, who's job is to make sure the vehicle runs smoothly. He watches fuel levels, tire pressure, keeps the artificial gravity going, etc. Here's the main door to the command center. And here's a peek inside. The command center also has a top hatch. Another peek inside. I also made it so you can open up the side of the vehicle, for easier access to the figures. The white spaceman here is the one who issues orders to the rest of the spacemen on the planet. Here's the black spaceman, who keeps track of transmissions on the planet. And here's the blue spaceman, who gets the fun job. He gets to keep an eye on transmissions from earth, so basically, he gets to watch TV. ;) Another shot of the full base. And here it is along with my CS mech, and my Blacktron Exploration Vehicle. ****FOURTH WALL**** Whew. It took quite some time to build this thing. It was especially hard with my limited CS color bricks. But I finally finished it, and I love it. But what I really want to know is what you guys think, so please, comment and give me your thoughts. :) Oh, also, my birthday is coming up in a few days, so I probably won't be posting anything else for a while. Also, shortly after my birthday I'll be leaving for a three week trip, so I probably won't be on much. While I'm away from home, I wont have access to my normal bricks, but my mother bought both me and my brother two identical Creator sets! While on the trip my brother and I will challenge each other to build different alternates to one or both of the sets. So, I may post those. Anyways, this'll be the last proper creation from me for a while. Goodbye!
