Daenerys Targaryen . . Brickworld 2017!! VLUG collab, Game of Thrones. Everybody's favorite Mother of Dragons, Daenerys Stormborn. With a baby dragon. She's about 3.5 feet tall, Hobbit size, more or less. At Brickworld, overlooking her future kingdom of Westeros. "Hey Chris, you're in the shot!" Seemed like he was always standing over there... I also built Dorne. And a micro Oldtown with the Maester's Tower. My son and I built The Twins on site with Chris' bricks. The whole collab! Check out my post on Bricknerd. Lots of kids, 37 to be exact, thought she was Elsa (whoever that is?). Sorry, Elsa doesn't carry a whip... Set up on Saturday morning with a frantic assembly of trees for Winterfell. Me, Chris Phipson, and my son, Alex. We had to move fast because, as everybody knows, Winter is Coming... So say we all! Oops, wrong series... 4th Wall Thanks to the whole VLUG gang on another awesome collab! And to Chris, this year's HMFIC for getting us knuckleheads organized to pull this thing off-Awesome! All the help from my son is greatly appreciated, not just with his creative input, but all the hard work at Brickworld. From rebuilding Dorne, getting Mark Kelso's Pyke reassembled, throwing The Twins together, and to climbing on the table placing trees, he was a big help! And to my wife for putting up with all of this insanity (although next year she may actually be building! *gasp*). Congrats to the Eurobricks crew for winning the best collab award, again! (grrr) Their abandoned amusement park build was most impressive! I'd put a link, but I couldn't find one. Leave one in a comment, please.
