Mil Mi-24 Z | HIND Z - Minifigure Scale
New LEGO military creation designed by me based on the famous mil mi-24 in mini figure scale! I tried to design something that still looks futuristic but not so impossible to achieve in the near future. It was really fun to design and I proudly call it one of my best creation! I hope will be the same for you! :D

Quoting Marc dZ (BTW, your video was hilarious when you wrestle with the program. Do not give up! ^^ )
I'm glad it was hilarious to watch at least Ahahaha

Wooow!! What a war machine! Mostly impressive! No matter with realism and recoil damages, I love your underbelly carried gun, that is a bright idea. At minifig scale, it must take a pretty big place on a desk... (BTW, your video was hilarious when you wrestle with the program. Do not give up! ^^ )

Quoting Gabor Pauler Excellent concept art of modernizing the Hind, with well-thoght out engineering thinking. One of your best MOCs so far. (One remark: I can see that you placed the big underbelly turret at the center of gravity. But the mass of the heavy barrel should be also considered. Also recoil from such a heavy gun can be worrysome. A recoilles gun would be more realistic. Eg. The Rockwell Bronco was designed originally having a big recoilles underbelly gun, but later it was omitted)
About the recoil, I never specified what kind of weapon is it, it could be a railgun for example (Like the one designed by BAE for the NAVY on a smaller scale) but yeah, of course, I designed it also thinking about the look and not only how realistic it could be ehehe :D

Quoting Tom's MOCs I watched the video - with all the features of this model, what fun! (Except for the frustrating parts of Studio software, which has plagued me too). Co-axial main rotors are still pretty rare, but the Russians seem to have developed them best (esp the Kamov models). The pods are creative - when I saw the gap I first thought it was to be like an Erickson Skycrane. You could create a fire-fighting pod, too. I intend to download the model so that I can learn some techniques for folding main rotor blades. Congrats on a futuristic version of this helicopter which faithfully captures the MI-24 profile.
Thank you! Of course I was inspired by many other helicopters like the skycrane and maybe I can make a civil version of this helicopter too! Good idea!
