American Revolution MOC
About this creation
Hey everyone! I have a bit of spare time right now, so I figured it was a good idea to post here again. Plus, seeing AxuBuilder's awesome Eastern Front MOC (http://www.moc-pages.com/moc.php/451395, which I suggest you check out if you like WWII) reminded me that I should really upload my military history MOCs. Since I recently finished my series of them, so I am going to be posting them chronologically starting now. The series features fourteen MOCs covering eight wars that the United States has fought in between 1775 and modern day. WWI and WWII each have four 32x32 MOCs, one of which features the U.S., while the other wars are represented by a single 24x24 stud MOC.
This particular MOC is of the American Revolution, or Revolutionary War. It shows a lone American sharpshooter aiming at a British general who is riding his horse along a forest trail. Here are the picures:

This is the front of the MOC, where you can see the native guide leading the British footsoldier and general through the forest as a bald eagle flies overhead.

Here, you can see the right side of the MOC, where there is a better view of the beehive and the general on his horse.

On the left side of the MOC, you can see the sharpshooter, mushrooms, berries, and apple trees.

At the back of the MOC, you can see more of the foliage, as well as another view of the sharpshooter and his target.

That's about it for this MOC, stay tuned for the rest of the series. I will try to post at least one a week, but I can't make any guarantees.

Hope you like it! Please tell me what you think in the comments!

Quoting Promar Quadratus Nice one Craniac! Seems like there's been a micro-revival here on the Pages in recent weeks (don't know if that's due to Spring Break or not, but that's my guess). Love the angle of the first picture and the work that you've done on the landscaping. Looking forward to the next in the series! God bless, ~Promar~
Thanks Promar! I really appreciate the comment.

Thanks for mentioning my build, I really appreciate it! This is really cool! I like the use of tiles and plates together for the landscape, it creates a very realistic ground for the MOC. The placement of foliage is clever and those mushrooms on the ground... And there is more coming? You're creation really makes me want to build more WWII-related stuff. :)

Remains me of assassin's Creed III. Good MOC!

Awesome! You have some cool use of parts here, with the hair as a bush, flex-tube (I think) for the trees, and some new parts from Lego City. Can't wait to see the others!
