Ever wonder how he delivers all of those presents so quickly?...
About this creation
Hey 2019 folks!
Yep, it's me again, in for my tri-annual check in ;)
Sorry for the longer-than-usual absence, work, seminary, and running training have been eating up all of my time (and then some).
While this build was put together in December, the lateness of this is almost appropriate due to the fact that we just got nearly 6 inches of snow, with a potential week of more snow lying ahead (yes, it's just a lame excuse as well). So while this should have been a festive end-of-year post that had to do with Santa and his seemingly miraculous delivery of nearly 4 billion gifts at Christmas, it instead gets reduced to a celebration of snow.
And don't worry, I don't believe in the dude with the shiny velvety red suit and pointy hat (Gandalf's pointy hat is better anyway for the record ;) ). However, I do firmly believe in One who gives good gifts to His children (Matthew 7:11 & James 1:17), and those whenever we ask for the sake of His glory and grace. I believe in One who proved that ability in sending that which was most precious to Him: His very own Son.
"He gave Him who knew no sin to be sin for us so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God." - 2 Corinthians 5:21
And here I thought I was done looking at Christmas stuff. And 6 inches. Ha, mere trifle! Just kidding. I realize some places aren't a well equipped for large amounts of snow. The build itself looks great. Thanks for taking time to share!
