I had made quite a few of these, so I decided to put them all on one page so I could get them out as fast as I could.
About this creation
The folding enemies that resemble R-Craft that appear in R-Type Delta's fourth stage. I couldn't find the name for these anywhere. In actuality, the fact that the model could fold was something i found out later, although if you try to fold the cockpit on a model you've actually made, the 'hinge' will be stiff and the sides are likely to snap off as it's actually a one-stud connection. It still folds, though.
The P-Staff, this one being based off the ones in the original R-Type. The missiles are shaped and mount oddly though, as I couldn't fit a place to store them inside the 'mouth' without it ending up too big.
The Revolver, or Revo, from R-type Final (in red) and the Revo Kai from R-Type Tactics II (in blue). The connecting parts are hidden on the Revo while they're visible on the Revo Kai; like the folding fighter, the model can actually rotate albeit stiffly, because it has a one-stud connection.
The meltcraft, an enemy from R-Type Final. I just recolored my R-9A model because the meltcraft basically looks like an R-9A made of mercury or gallium. Can also be used to represent a detached Metallic Force.
The Pata-Pata, a basic Bydo attack craft. Like with the P-Staff, I used its design from the original R-Type.
Hoppers from the minifig-scale Hero Factory sets make oddly great tarans. Tarans are an enemy from R-Type final that often appear in groups, and run along walls while shooting at you.
Another shot of the P-Staff, showing that the legs are perhaps a bit too close together.
An R-9A in the Bydo Forest, blasting away at tarans.
