You cannot destroy me, for I am nothing...
About this creation
This was my entry for the 2018 Bio-Cup Preliminaries, which made it through to Round 1, but I unfortunately had to bow due to a hectic personal schedule.

Out of nothing you came, and into nothing you will go...

You expected something more?

Something like... THIS?!

4th Wall:
The idea was to take a twist on the theme of 'elements' and use it in the sense of 'Lego Elements.' I'm pleased with how it turned out, though I'd love to build a larger version with more details and more content. I'm pleased that I was able to integrate a torn apart Tonhunga form and the Kanohi Kraahkan into the swirl.

Quoting Caleb Lang Greg did a fine job making Makuta interesting in his calculations, but MNOG made him feel like such a uniquely inspired antagonist in so little time that I currently prefer that concept. Great job representing it, this easily could have looked like a jumbled mess but it works very well!
I'm glad you like the build! In my recent jaunt through the various aspects of Bionicle fiction, I've come to really prefer the original concepts for a lot of the characters and story elements over the Farshtey ones. Certainly Greg did a fine job in his own way, but I like what Swinnerton, Thompson, Faber, and the team at Templar did just that bit more. Hence why I thought I might as well try to depict that version of Makuta. I'd like to think I've done it well

I love Makuta's characterisation and appearance in MNOG, which was part of what inspired me to build this. I'm glad you like it
