The Devil of Hells Kitchen
Daredevil hears tell of a secret weapons deal involving Hyrda and Taskmaster. After some investigation, he heads down to an abandoned factory to put a stop to this deal before it even begins.
About this creation

That's right folks! Matt Murdock, Daredevil himself in a Marvel Diorama

I freaking love Daredevil! Him Captain America and Spider-man constantly battle for my top spot of favourite Super Hero

You'll see it later in the post but I added a fun devil related quote on the back of the MOC... sadly I counted the headlight bricks wrong and missed a space at a point :S Oops!

I had to order the letter tiles on Bricklink so I estimated the headlight bricks needed... but I guess my maths was off XD

Netflix Daredevil was incredible by the way! I loved season 1 and 2... still gotta catch up on Defenders though sadly... oh the joys of not having Netflix :P

Not really related by oh my word Pokémon Lets Go looks freaking awesome! This pretty much is my dream Pokémon game. So excited! ... Now to buy a Switch D:

Yo I am so excited to buy another Lego Train set. I want that cool new Dark Blue and Yellow one that's coming out soon. Love that it hooks up to your phone

So I really wanted to play with colour in this diorama. I wanted to use a whole bunch of darker shades so that Daredevil doesn't get lost in the diorama

That said placing him on the train he does kind of get lost... But he does pop!

I'm still yet to watch the old Ben Affleck Daredevil Movie... Not sure I want to though, I've heard bad things :S

On a totally different note, I've said it once, I'll say it again Solo is absolutely incredible GO SEE IT NOW!

It was fun to build a Lego train, I never have before. I would love to be able to build more now ;)

Man I need to just spend a full day de-dusting my MOC's :P I think this one managed to be fairly dust free, but I rarely de-dust them. too worried I'll break it

Oh and by the way, the Daredevil figure is from Bigkidbrix. Be sure to check out his website, he makes some good quality stuff!

Now I don't mind some nice 3rd party Lego products. But I'm happy to not bother if there is a better Purist alternative. Since there are no DD figs... I had to improvise

So Avengers 4, man all these behind the scenes photos are intriguing aren't they! I am excited.

I wonder if the Netflix stuff will tie into the snap and everything else in Infinity War... who knows! I'd love it if it did.

Glad I managed to put the Roxxon Sticker on this, fun detail :)

Currently have a 75209 Han Solo's Landspeeder set on my desk, can't wait to build it :D

Was fun to have a whole bunch of Thugs in this diorama. Always fun to place the Villain figures, fun to have so many in one diorama.

The Interior on the warehouse is one of my favourite parts

Had a lot of fun with all these details :)

And that's all!

Fourth Wall Commentary:
I've had this build for a long time now actually. I finally decided to take some photos and post it. Very happy with the end result. My first Lego train MOC and my first of what will hopefully be many more Daredevil Marvel MOC's... now I just need Lego to bring out an official Daredevil figure so that I don't need to buy custom ones :P

Awesome MOC! The title reminds me of a Newsboys song, “they don’t serve breakfast in [heck]” (Heck because bad word detection)

Excellent detail on the tracks. The train car and factory (aka building in background) were also really good.

Stunning work yet again Ben. I haven't seen the movie (don't be too hard on a working man ;) ), but I really like what you've done with this build. The part that most stood out to me was the terrain detail. I looks remarkably realistic and all of the colors go together beautifully. Nice structuring construction too, I love all of the great details and the implementation of those giant cylinders. And yeah, I don't know why but those thugs really do look quite cool ;) God bless and keep being awesome, ~Promar~

Quoting MCLegoboy !
Quoting Ben Cossy Thanks all! Reference to the cooking show?
Ivan is unaware that this is a place in the comics. He's probably only heard of the reality show of the same name but with an apostrophe before the s where Gordon Ramsay yells at chefs competing against one another to cook in one of his restaurants. Coincidentally, it is also in New York City, I think.
Ahhhh right, lol Fair point. Yeah Hells Kitchen is a real place in New York too.

Thanks all! Favourite Villain... mannnn that's tough. I do love movie Thanos. I do love MCU Kingpin and MCU Kilgrave. In the comics I'd say Green Goblin and Doc Ock. Haha that said ask me on a different day I'd probably say Dr. Doom or whoever the villian was in whatever I just read. Favourites are fun, but I often struggle to pin one down :P Like with Star War Kanan was my favourite character at the start of the year, then a few months ago it was Ahsoka, and now it's Maul... I change easy :P
Quoting MCLegoboy !
Yes like you said: SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER I loved L3 actually :P I couldn't agree more about the Aurra and Maul and even the Bossk mention. WOW. The fact that happened opens so many doors, and the fact that Sam and Ray both voiced and acted as him... Man think of all the animated characters, they could easily voice them while someone else acts as them... so exciting! The Maul reveal left me fan girl screaming in my theater seat :P Gonna have head in for round 3 on Solo next week :D And yes please, give me Maul and Qi'ra and Bounty Hunters from Clone Wars in the Boba Movie... if that is happening that is. :P SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER

Obligatory like, yes yes, very well built and all, blah blah blah, yadda yadda, go get'em Mr. Murdock. Now about Solo... SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING SPOILER WARNING OOOOOHHHHH MMMMMAAAAANNNNN!!!!! It was far better than I expected, firstly. It was not fantastic, but for what it set out to do, it was perfect in that regard. Wholly unnecessary, but was a very fun ride and enjoyable movie. I thought it started out great, I thought that train heist was good, then we get to Kessel and I have a few reservations but it all stems from L3-37, I just did not care for the character and I am glad she was not there for the whole movie or I would have been annoyed, then the Kessel Run was hilarious as the Falcon just kept falling apart and ejecting that front pod so early on was great because it looked silly to begin with, Lando was great, then all that double-triple-quadruplecross with the hyperfuel was great, and then we got to the moment that made it the greatest thing ever... MAUL! Like, WHAT?! Holy Carp! I didn't think that Lucasfilm was going to be that brazen, but they were and now everyone that didn't watch Clone Wars are now going to be at least watching his episodes and hopefully they then check out his stuff in Rebels, too. I would have never in a million years guessed that a presumed dead character that was brought back in animation would return to the big screen. I want to know the story so bad! This opens the doors to seeing Ahsoka, Thrawn, Hera, Lux, Bo-Katan, Cad Bane, Embo, Kanan, Inquisitors, even fan favorites from the comics like Doctor Aphra, Triple Zero, even legends stuff like Revan and Malgus becoming a reality and on the big screen. It's insane! They're just assuming you know, and if you didn't, then you better get caught up. I really hope we get another movie in the underworld and explore some other characters that might be connected with Maul. Also, so many small easter egg moments like Becket having killed Aurra Sing. I'm sorry, WHAT?! Can I see that, please? You have my attention. My Bounty Hunter movie has just been changed and we're going to need Woody Harrelson to join in. That heist the Bounty Hunters pull off is going to have to include Becket trying to stop them as another hired hand by someone else and Aurra's going to bite it, and Maul is going to need to be tied it, too. And Dryden's facial markings are similar to Naare from Freemaker Adventures, which is one heck of a deep cut to something that isn't even Canon. If there is ever a sequel or prequel to this movie, I'm down for one, but I don't want to follow Han Solo, I'm interested in Qi'ra and other connections with the underworld that would be tied with Maul. They have the opportunity to make this movie matter a bit more, kind of like how the Last Jedi makes some connections to the Prequel Trilogy that makes the Sequel Trilogy more, and I'm hoping Resistance will help even further. Nice work as always mate! The scene just reeks of Daredevil goodness, especially with the inclusion of all the industrial train equipment. Also, the DD fig is the cherry on top. Awesome work! And I'm yet to see Solo, though if what you say about it is true, than I probably should :D
