I'm back, with my first color-cohesive creation(That's kind of a tongue twister). It's an armored transport with retractable guns and a storage compartment in the back. It's a little odd-looking, but it does its duty with a stubbornness and vengeance matched only by Donald Trump on a Tweet rampage(sorry). Anyway....
Here's a nice old front view. The vehicle has headlights, an excellent addition for nighttime operations, as well as a nice overhang for the windscreen.
Here's the side, with armor plating and blatantly obvious plates. I really need to work on my Studs Not On Top building techniques...
Here's the back, with yet another blatantly obvious plate. Ugh. Sometimes I look at my past self and curse them for being too lazy to do then what I'm too lazy to do now.
Here's the cabin, nice and cozy, with the pilot and controls inside. Plenty of dials and gauges, but nothing fancier than a calculator for steering. It works, though. Trust me.
Here's a front view with the guns deployed. The plates flip up to allow the guns to flip out. It's kinda like those ankylosauruses from prehistoric times that looked all docile and armor plated until their tails hit you going 60 miles an hour. Fun.
Here's a closeup of the gun. I tried to get the flipping mechanism in there too, but it remained stubbornly un-photo-genic. It's just a few beams connected such that the gun can swing in and out while still facing straight forward.
And, finally, the storage container with a power cell. Oooooh, aaaaah, translucent eleeeemeeeents. Big whoop.
Aaaaaaaand that's all I've got forya. Thanks for visiting, and I do hope you enjoyed this particular vehicle. Stay tuned for.... More stuff. A crossbow, maybe, and a mech, maybe. We'll see.
