In modern ship-building, modular construction is the way to go - a principle The Singularity took into account in the design of the "Krauss" class transport ship. While the standard configuration can carry a single APC, addditional modules can be added to make a larger ship.
As most of the interesting numbers (Planck's constant, the Avogadro number, etc.) are too long to put on the side of the ship, there's only one that The Singularity sees the need to put on its vehicles (Spec 4)
The ship is ideally suited to carrying the Penrose class APC (Spec 2).
