Foam 10
Foam 10 received this brand new Panther to replace an aging Oshkosh T-3000. With Castle Beach Fire Department taking over airport fire and rescue, a new color scheme was developed, and this lime green scheme with a reflective blue stripe was chosen!
About this creation

The cab of the Panther with the two high-flow monitors can tackle any fire!

The sleek curves of the body are a peek into the future!

Compartments on either side of the vehicle store rescue equipment, hoses, and various ARFF tools. The large pump is housed in the driverís first large compartment.

Rear of the apparatus shows the rear access ladder that allows firefighters to get tools and equipment stored on top of the Panther.

Although the rig weighs significantly more than a standard engine or truck company, this rig can accelerate much quicker thanks to the powerful 750 hp Euro 6 Engine! In an industry where seconds really do matter, this was one of the main reasons why the aging ARFF fleet is in the process of being replaced.

Foam 10 is staffed by a crew of 3 and is usually the first large ARFF apparatus out for alarms.

The Stinger is equipped with FLIR and a piercing nozzle in addition tot the 1500 gpm monitor.

The 66-ft Stinger can provide an elevated master stream for long term suppression.

The Stinger HRET can be positioned so that it can hit hard to reach fires.

The roof top stores long equipment, a hard-sleeve hose, and the 32 ft ground ladder.

Castle Beach Fire Department, in conjunction with Castle Beach International Airport, is very proud to present this brand new ARFF, Foam 10! This 2018 Rosenbauer Panther was purchased to replace an aging ARFF fleet. Equipped with a 750 hp Euro 6 engine, this huge truck has a top speed of 75 mph and can accelerate from 0 mph to 50 mph in less than 28 seconds! Itís suppression capabilities include a 2350 gpm pump, 3000 gal of water, 450 gal of foam, 750 pounds of PKP, a 1250 gpm bumper turret, and a 66-ft Stinger HRET capable of flowing 1500 gpm and 33 pounds of dry-chem (when retracted).

Quoting Daniel Ringuette Awesome work! Love the design and color scheme!
Thank you Daniel! I've always wanted to build a Rosenbauer Panther, especially after seeing Sentinel Prime in the Transformers movie, but I didn't have the skills I have today back then haha

Quoting Sven ;o) Awesome to see it in real bricks now. I wish I had that much stuff to expand my FDNY fleet. But still a city to maintain XD Btw, I would remove the raised red lightbars. They look nice on a older unit but not on this futuristic panther (imho)
Thanks Sven! It definitely looks better in real bricks than in the rendered version ;) Thanks for the input about the red lightbars! Iíll find a new place for them.

Quoting Nick Barrett Looks great, nice styling at the front.
Thank you Nick! The fancy curves took a little bit of engineering to get it all right, and I think itís pretty accurate to the real thing! Of course, Iím probably biased towards that opinion haha!
