Quoting LukeClarenceVan The Revanchist Gorgeous build matt, cool to see you doing more space stuff lately - I remember when you first joined and your main build was a big space ship, then DA and MocOlympics derailed you into dozens of other crazy niches. Neat to see things come full circle, this harkens back to your classic building style but with new refinements that make for what's just a really cool build. Awesome work!
Holy cow Luke, thank you! I was really enjoying where this SHIP took me, back to a bit of old school building. As usual, I am highly impressed with your eye. Stylistically I let this thing go wherever it needed, Zachmoe and the wifey were really influential on where I nudged it. But there was a whole lotta pure matt guiding this, old world matt just seeing where pieces worked and didn't. I recommend it to every builder to step back and let the past be reinterpreted. As far as the derailments, my brain is a train wreck normally; so it's at least entertaining. ;) Haven't heard from you in a long while, hope university is treating you well. And if it isn't, I hope you're nut punching it into submission. :D Uh oh, "nut" might be moderated here on MP now, may have to edit that out.

Quoting Clayton Marchetti Way to turn this contest up a notch Brother! Technic scale Vic viper style. Love the cockpit detailing like the gas bottles and the pull down curtain loops for ejecting into deepest darkest space. Magnificent job!
Thank you Brother! This scale is awesome for details and realism. Well, as far as ejecting into space for whatever reason can be real or bright in any respect. ;)

Quoting Oran Cruzen Hey Matt, thank you so very much! Still not completely healed but if I zoom in on the screen I can see fairly well but I still have part of the pesky bubble in the eye that hinders me from seeing clearly when I look down so I have to build in front of my face.
Well, I suppose it's something. Great to see you back and cheers to your full recovery. Take it easy and keep on building! :D
