Engine 208 is the only 4x4 engine company in the fleet as there are areas and terrain that prevent normal engines from reaching.
About this creation

The Hale Qmax pump can deliver up to 2250 gpm when pumping! The secondary Hale CBP PTO pump provides up to 400 gpm to the bumper mounted monitor!

The rear shows the standard hosebed, internal ground ladder storage, and the warning lights.

Officer's side of the apparatus.

Another unique feature of the rig is the pump and roll capability of the rig, allowing them to utilize the bumper mounted monitor.

The rig was built on a 2010 Pierce Saber chassis that was refurbished in late 2016 as part of the acquisition deal.

Engine 208 was purchased used from the local Pierce dealer. A unique feature of this rig is the bumper mounted Akron monitor, which is useful for fighting brush fires. Since Station 8's response area is predominately hilly areas with plenty of vegetation, this apparatus gives homeowners a vote of confidence to prevent brush fires from ravaging their homes.

Quoting Sven ;o) It's an awesome lookin rig in 4x4 style (really addicted to 4x4 and lifted vehicles XD) and I love how you did the bumper monitor. But can't identify the black part you used there. Btw, don't wonder about but I'm taking a short break from building. Have a great day and keep up your really nice work!
Thank you Sven! I've been wanting to do a 4x4 rig for a long time, but I just didn't have the parts. Fortunately for me, one of the sellers made a mistake with my order and sent me balloon tires and the new rims instead of the regular ones, so that compelled me to create a 4x4 rig XD I hope you enjoy your break! Everyone needs one from time to time to recharge and replenish ideas haha
