The eleventh chapter of Justice league: Overlords. After imprisoning the Flash, Superman tries once again to reason with him.
About this creation
Superman: Barry, I hope you're in a more favourable mood today.
Barry: You...How could you?
Superman: She was an acceptable loss. In order to preserve life, some lives need to be taken. Why won't you...can't you, understand that?
Superman: *sigh* Is there anything I can do to make you more comfortable?
Barry: Let me out Clark.
Superman: You're free to leave whenever you choose Barry. Just say the words. Swear loyalty to me.
Barry: Never! Not after what you did.
Barry: You can't hold me here Clark. I'll find a way.
Superman: Its been a week now Barry. Besides, as I told you, If you use your powers, you'll be punished.
Barry: This is inhuman Clark!
Superman: I'm not human. I am this worlds saviour, and if you're too blind to see it then that's your problem.
Barry: *spits* You're a monster!
Superman: NO! Barry, you are the monster for trying to prevent me from doing what is necessary to protect this world!
Barry: I don't wanna hear this anymore. You've deluded yourself into thinking you're a god. But you're just a petty despot, locked away in his ice fortress, fearing the day when your people will rise against you.
Superman: If that's you're reasoning, then you will never leave this place.
