Rescue 2 now sports a new look!
About this creation

As you can see, the doors and fold down steps are fully functional while maintaining the flush appearance. The customized slide-out adds extra space for command purposes. Functional elements include opening doors and air-actuated steps, a customized slide-out compartment, and the NightScan PowerLite device!

Body stores a wide array of rescue tools!

Body window details

Rear shows the door for the walk-in compartment, with the slide out deployed.

Officer's side shows the crew door for firefighters to access the walk-in body with ease.

Again, all doors and fold-down steps are fully functional. You can also see the command portion of the apparatus here.

This truck wouldn't be a fire truck without the infamous Federal Q2B siren! On its left is one of the Grover Air horns!

Rescue 2 and Heavy Rescue 2 are ready to rock and roll!

Rescue 2 has been updated with new black rims, a slide-out command center, and new colors for the roll-up compartments! Rescue 2 is still a 2017 Pierce Quantum walk-in Heavy Duty Rescue! Along with US&R 2, Rescue 2 will also respond to a wide range of technical rescue calls including trench rescue, collapse rescue, confined space rescue, swift water rescue, entrapments, high angle rescue, urban search and rescue, and hazardous materials. Rescue 2 is a walk-in rescue apparatus, which allows for members to suit up for the proper response. Also, within the body is a command center where officers can direct the scene.

Technical specs:

Quoting Jimmie Martinez The best, most accurate brick built Quantum design in the LFC. BOAJEWD and keep on brickin.
Thank you for your kind words Jimmie! This design has taken many forms over the past couple of years, but I'm most happy with this current design as the proper curves are accentuated!
