I know it was a brandnew highrise but after some days I had the idea to change the facade design of the front. Here is the result. Replaced the flat front with a curvy one for a more unique look of the whole building. Also replaced the small antenna with a bigger one. I really hope that you like the changes. I'm very pleased with the new design.

It's not as big as you maybe expect. XD The floor space is actually 208 studs x 96 studs. And at the hightest point it's 78 inches high. Thank you very much for your like ;) |

Hey Cooper, thank you very very much! Yes, that's the reason why I built it modular and with plates instead of bricks between the modules. This building will get a elevator shaft, the floors and a interior. |

Okay, that's your opinion my friend and thank you very much for the criticism and the suggestions. I was showing the pics to my friend in NYC, he's architect and he really liked the style. XD The reason why I used this design instead of maybe longer waves is that this is a modular building. Each module is only eleven bricks high and must be removable for transport purposes. |

I like the original style more than this crinkeled look... Sorry, but I'm serious my friend! Maybe the "waves" are too short, more lengh of the devisions would have been more harmonic to the complete build! ;) |

Um yes I was thinking about it and I was thinking about a other design for the entrance area. But rejected both ideas to go with this version I finally did. But it's not the end of the road XD Maybe I come up with another change some time. |

I just made a comparison to the old design and i see what you mean :-) too bad, the glass overhang looked nice. Have you considered keeping the old design for the entrance level? (not the two outer columns, just the doorway) |

I agree with all of the great comments below. This new update gives the building its own personality within your great city. Talking to you this morning was one of the best surprises I have gotten in a loooong time. I have your number on speed dial now. I hope you and Julia had a restful Sunday. Wish you both all the best and much love and good wishes from Jill and I in NC. BOAJKOOTP. LOL See if you can decipher that one. |

Yes this was the main reason. Another reason was that I could use only two of the glass parts instead of three. I wasn't very pleased with the result so that I removed them completely. Thank you very much for your very nice comment my friend! Very happy about that you like the new facade. |

Nice changes Sven! They give the facade a very nice texture. I really like it my friend, but i noticed you removed the glass overhang from the entrance floor. Was this to make the facade uniform in texture? :-) |
