Nova Sports IK-1 Transcendence
Hi! Welcome to my latest creation!
About this creation
Meet the Transcendence, whose name literally means 'exceeding the usual limits.' Because that is exactly what the IK-1 is made to do: to surpass all ordinary limits. Crafted with ultra-light carbon-fiber (or, in other words, some white plastic bricks), the Transcendence is designed to optimally reduce air resistance, optimize performance and give the best possible driving experience, surpassing its predecessor, the Vigor, in every possible category of performance. The whole thing is powered by an improved version of the Vigor's twin-turbo V6, which gives the Transcendence a 0-60 time of 2.9 seconds, and a top speed of 215 miles per hour.

Ladies and gentlemen, the IK-1 Transcendence.

Here are some all-around views, specially for you:

If you notice, I did keep the Vigor's headlights; I'm thinking of turning them into a brand-wide thing, sorta like Audi's square grille, or BMW's double oval-ish grille; something that every Nova car would have.

Personally, I love the side fins that spread into the rear wheels.

I also really like this rear; it's a massive improvement from the Vigor's (and look at those rear diffusers!)

Yeah...no taillights again...maybe I'll make that a thing for every car too...any ideas? All the lights I've tried don't look right.

The suicide doors open...

The front open...

The back open...

The front and back open...

Here's the workhorse of the whole thing: the twin-turbo V6...

Lookie, it's removable!

This is the over-simple interior... :(
In my opinion it's also rather ugly, so I'll probably redo it.

Some bird's-eye views:

And a parting image.

Thank you for taking your precious time to view the Transcendence, and feel free to leave me your thoughts or any constructive criticism below in the comments, and/or rate the car according to what you think of it!

UPDATE 7/10/2017 4:08 PM

This is all your fault, Builder Allan! Although I must say I'm pleased with the results.
The car's undergoing some changes...

Here are the new rear lights! Tell me what you guys think of it!

And, I guess...thanks for viewing...again?
*Sigh* Ok, feel free to leave your thoughts in the form of a rating or as a comment below, everyone!

UPDATE 7/11/2017 11:25 AM

Yeah! On the 'Explore' page, which is definitely a first. I'm very happy, considering I'm a MocPages newcomer! :D

...um.
See above.
Or I could type it AGAIN.
Thanks for viewing, everyone, and...ok, yeah, see above.

Quoting Sam the First This is pretty sweet! A lot of the time when it's a new builder or new "brand", the cars are over detailed and a bit messy (myself included). This is the opposite, and for the better! You've focused on shaping it seems, and you've got a great shape there. The engine is ace for the scale! As for tail lights, all I can recommend is keep experimenting. You have this solid shape, so just experiment what fits. Looking forward to seeing more!
Thank you, Sam! One of my primary goals for the Transcendence, as a a matter of fact, was to get a clean but beautiful shape for a car without over-complicating things, while still having functional elements. If I read your review right, I accomplished all of that, so thank you for the positive feedback!

Quoting Alexander Paschoaletto Wait, I didn't comment? I thought I did! Anyway, your car looks amazing for sure. I really like the overall shape of it, reminds me a bit of the Mclaren F1, but actually looks nicer. The functions are ace for such a small vehicle, You made a particularly great work on the engine (really loving the way you assembled it) and the updates mr. Allan did, specially on the rear (great diffusers and taillights, man!). If I were to be picky, I'd say only that I can't see much difference between this and the Vigor by the first sight like I can do with Prowlers and Gravitys, but when you take a closer look everything is fine. and It's really nice to see a new own brand around! Hope we can team up in the future for new Tonagaris / Novas. All in all, great model and keep it up!
Thank you! :D In any case, the Transcendence was meant to be a somewhat subtle rework of the Vigor, with some things improved (overall silhouette, side fins, diffusers, etc.) I think it looks a little less harsh. However, I think eventually, I'll make an IK-2 Transcendence, and rework the front lights to better fit the personality of the car. Thank you for the feedback and compliments (and the like :P), and I do also hope that we can team up in the future as well!

Quoting Builder Allan Awesome! Great work on the sides and functions. About suggestions for the rear lights: Have you considered keeping the current rear and using red parts behind the slots you made for the lights? :-)
Hmm...I'll try that...thanks for the idea and the kind words! Maybe once I've done that I can put a picture on and see what you all think of it. :). Btw, as clarification, which slots did you mean? The triangular ones near the C-pillar? Because the rectangular ones further down are actually only a half-stud deep, so I can't fit lights into them... :/
