Okay, everyone... here is my plug for David's cup... http://moc-pages.com/moc.php/361706

Quoting Nick Barrett Neatly avoiding the leakiness of lego cups! Refreshing build :-)
So true... I've always been concerned about David placing his tea cup on that table of his. Moisture and tea stains don't do well for varnish!

Quoting Sven ;o) Very creative and handy ;) Great work and idea.
Thanks Sven... now perhaps I will have to try my hand at giving Darkla a creative idea to have a Toadstool Tower, or a Mushroom Maze, for her TI universe?!

Quoting Builder Allan Nice one! A good way to use legos for practical purposes :-)
What, building for fun is not practical??!! ;)

Quoting Oliver Becker Now I know what is ment with the "mosaic- (r)evolution", Topsy! New style for an everyday object is everyday wellcome...! I miss (not seriosly...) some mosaic rhymes here so accompany your wonderful creation! But you're from the science border, I know... ;)
That's what can happen when toying around with basics... one might even state that it's all epigenetic! :)

Quoting Doug Hughes I can think of another type of can that fits well in there ;) Awesome design!!
Ha, ha... I do believe that you have and 'brewing' imagination! ;)

Quoting Owen the Omniscient of Lithowenia Amazing!!!! I like the designs around the outside, too! Well done!
Thanks Owen! One of these days I hope to get brave enough to transfer bargello designs from embroidery & LDD to quilting! :)

Quoting Werewolff . Ooh, nice one! A useful creation indeed, and I love the idea of browsing the web whilst holding the mug. What a fun creation, like all your others!
Thanks Wolff! I should add that the handle is reinforced with 2 long Technic axles for added support.

Quoting Sir Flexalot I don't drink soda unless I'm at a restaurant, but that's awesome!
Ha, ha... I can imagine the looks you would get using a LEGO caddy drinking a soda from a can in a restaurant! Thanks for stopping by!

Quoting Jeremy McCreary Also a great way to stay hydrated without ever looking up from your phone! Oh, and thanks for plugging the Useful Gizmos group (http://www.moc-pages.com/group.php/26065)
Glad to help. I've been wanting to try my hand at a cylindrical build, but I didn't have enough of one color of 1x2 bricks, except white. But... my white ones were all in various stages of yellowing. So... thanks to my research on bleaching of ABS, I found a way that worked best for me and have been bleaching both LEGO and Playmobil pieces. The newly refreshed white pieces are really what allowed me to make this build!

If you do indeed build one, do add it to Jeremy's Useful Gizmo Group.
