The is my entry to MELO. :)
About this creation
Here is a direct link to MELO.

Disclaimer: This was rushed, really, really rushed. In my defense, I misread the due date as June 1st, and turns out, it ends tomorrow. So, I rushed to find a poem, and rushed to build something. So, I hope you like it. :)

The poem I chose was 'The road goes ever on', you've probably heard of it. :) So I built a road that goes 'ever on'.

There are multiple versions that I found of the poem, I chose the version from the Hobbit.

Roads go ever ever on,
Over rock and under tree,
By caves where never sun has shone,
By streams that never find the sea;
Over snow by winter sown,
And through the merry flowers of June,
Over grass and over stone,
And under mountains in the moon.

Roads go ever ever on
Under cloud and under star,
Yet feet that wandering have gone
Turn at last to home afar.
Eyes that fire and sword have seen
And horror in the halls of stone
Look at last on meadows green
And trees and hills they long have known.

Like the saying goes, "When your rushed and don't like how things look, build an overly detailed brick wall" -Me. So I built an overly detailed brick wall. :)

I chose Bilbo because as far as I understand it, he came up with it in the book.

Thanks for looking! See ya'!

Hi there, For such a small and simple build, it truly feels like the road goes on and on. Greetz and good luck, Elio

Quoting C Stucky Small, but captures the mood perfectly (especially the main pic). As others have said, the wall is really cool. And I can tell you're building skills are improving. Keep it up! (HINT: If you have a small collection, it's better to build something small but that captures the mood, rather than try and build something big that looks awful. I'm still learning that myself).
Thanks!

Gah! You stole my poem! Then again, there were three Beorn houses in last year's first round. It looks excellent for a fished build!
