This time it's a Nissan—but not just any Nissan—one of the last great Japanese sports cars of the 90's! The 300ZX should already be familiar to most and basically anyone who's played Gran Turismo :D
I was pretty happy when I heard that Ron had discovered the 300ZX and before I knew it, we ended up in a friendly build-off! The subject being set, we quickly ran off in our own directions and naturally built the car in our familiar scales. Ron built his to fit his own unique scale while mine is done in my own rough vision of the Speed Champions style.
This happened to be a quick build for me and I went with a couple unusual techniques (at least for me) to help achieve the angular shape of the 300ZX. Don't mind the C-pillars, however; in real I would use a sticker to represent them (bringing out that giant rear-window glass). Besides that, it was a matter of getting the front and rear shaping to resemble the Z, going with a 5wide technique in the front and fairly simple yet stable SNOT in the rear. Also, T-Tops! :D
