Command Unit
This Lego fire department Mobile Command Unit MOC is based on a Pierce Arrow XT. The design is original work.
About this creation

This Lego fire department Mobile Command Unit has three workstations, scene lighting, satellite data network, radio dispatch system, and a slide-out module to increase workspace. The design was inspired by a similar rig in the Washington DC Fire Department.

Roof compartments are removable.

Below the compartments (out of view) are three television monitors.

Quoting Sven ;o) Steven my friend, this is another fanatstic unit from you and it's great that it has so many nice details inside and outside. Nicely done. Only thing I don't like so much is the inaccuracy of the cutted hoses (rigid 3mm) and that they are interrupted (not sure if I used the right word for it XD). But after I noticed that the roof is removable I know the reason for the extra cuts. Keep up your really nice work my friend. Sven
Thanks, Sven. Yes, the roof bars are split to allow for removable panels, and it's tough to find those tubes in a 20-long.

Quoting Michael Parkinson I really love this apparatus! Simple, yet packed with so many details. Was this somewhat inspired by DCFD?
Thanks, Michael. Yes, it was definitely inspired by the Washington DC command unit. Also one at Monterey Peninsula Airport.
