A sequel. Sort of. You can go read the original if you want, but I'd rather you didn't.
About this creation
Fun fact: I've actually had this MOC ready to go since September. I've had the script ready for even longer. I just never took the pictures until recently, because I'm a little too lazy.
I need help...
Jacob: Hey Bob, have you seen the...
Bob: Oh, hi Jacob!
Jacob: Is that what I think it is?
Bob: Yep! It's that wand we found a while ago! It was on sale, too! Jacob: Why would you even think about getting it? Don't you remember what that thing did? Bob: It's worth the risk. Remember how I cried myself to sleep for two years straight because The Phantom Menace was so bad? Jacob: I was trying to forget, actually. You're still upset about that? Bob: Now I have the means to solve this problem forever!
Bob: I wish the Star Wars prequel trilogy never existed!
???: BEHOLD! I am the great wizard Alakazam! I have come to warn you about a GREAT EVIL you have brought amongst yourselves! Bob: What kind of evil? Alakazam: I'm getting to that, please be patient. That wand you hold is the accursed Wand of Yama! I have spent many a year searching for it. I have trekked across the Mountains of Fate, crossed the Marsh of Calamity, and descended into the depths of the HADES CHASM!
Alakazam: And then I forgot to take it out of my pocket before going swimming. Bob: Shame.
Alakazam: Ever since that fateful day, the wand has brought only doom upon it's wielder! For the sake of all of us I beg you... DO NOT USE IT!
Bob: Too late. Jacob: He tried to use it to prevent the Star Wars prequel trilogy from ever existing.
Alakazam: What were you thinking? Those movies are protected by powerful dark magic. It would take nothing less than an act of God to touch them. Jacob: So, since the wand clearly didn't do what it was intended to do, then what did it do?
Jar Jar: Heeeeeeeeeeeeeey!
Jacob: You IDIOT! Alakazam: You've doomed us all!
Jokes about 15-year-old movies aside, here's a look at the build.
If you've been following me for a while, you'll know that I usually do a studless wooden floor for my indoor environments. It doesn't look very good in most cases, and it takes forever to make, si I decided to just scrap it altogether.
I really like the furniture in this one, especially the bookcase.
For the record, this will probably be the last "Tales" MOC I do. I'm ready to move on from this characters on to better stories.
I've got another MOC lined up, so hopefully it won't be too long until the next one.
