Rohan Stable
I love Rohan! It is my favorite LOTR people group. I was inspired by a scene from the movies, where Aragorn tames Theodred's horse, and then sets it free.
About this creation

Aerial view of the stable.

A Rohirrim archer walking the battlements.

Eomer and his flagbearer arrive at the gates.

Eowen and Aragorn inside, helping with Theodred's horse.

This is supposed to be a mosaic of a running horse, I think that if you use your imagination a little bit, it looks alright :) It is my first ever lego mosaic attempt.

A view of the right side of the stable.

A view of the left side of the stable.

Please comment and critique!

Thanks for looking and God Bless!

Quoting James Young We call all do better, the point is to try. You've got some really great features here, including the inventive use of the bushes for the hay.
Yeah, I do like how I used those. (my picture taking skills were really bad then too, that doesn't help.)

Quoting James Young The stables as a whole are nice. I agree with the cheese slopes suggestion, it would really help your mosaic design out. (Shakes head at Jackson's misnaming of Hasufel, of the late Garulf - not Theodred.) Also if you decide to do the roof again, I'd go a bit higher and wider to allow it to cover the whole of the open space, and use a cut out in the roof to allow for the stairs.
Yes, looking back at some of my stuff, I've seen lots that I could do better. Thank you for the suggestions!

Quoting jonnylegoboy911 . Perhaps you could spend a minute or two checking out other MOCs with mosaics before your next attempt at one. I know I spent a few hours looking up different styles, patterns and ways to integrate the mosaic into the wider MOC before even attempting one myself. Cheese slopes are preferable to larger slopes also.
Yeah, that's super helpful man! I'll do that before I try my next one!
