Hey my friends, today I present you my first commissioned work. Built a VW T3 Tristar for a friend who wanna give it away as birthday present to his father who is driving the real one ;) It's built in the same scale as my Amarok. My friend got one of my Lego Amaroks because he owns a real one and that's the reason why he asked me to build the T3. Some details like the fog lamps are missing but I tried to get is as close as possible to the real T3. I hope you like it. Thanks for stopping by, rating and commenting.
About this creation
After I finsihed the VW my friend asked me if I could add a trailer. That's the result. Designed a new trailer coupling. It's made with a Lego ratchet and some other parts which can be seen on the following pics. I was very surprised because it's working very good :)
Oran my very good friend! A big thank you from me for your really nice comment you left here. Yes it turned out very well and I'm glad about that so many people like it so much. Thank you also for the congrats. As always from you it's much appreciated :) Lovely greets and hugs from Julia and I to you and Diane :)
Hey Sven my very good friend, well it looks like you have got some response after you posted this! LOL Very nice creation you have there Mr. J.! I second all of the great comments you have received AND congratulations on being in the #1 spot on Most Discussed!
Need to write down a "Jimmie Dictionary" for all your nice short cuts ;) Thanks so much, have a great day too an much fun working on your CFA Inc. trucks my good friend. Greets and hugs back to you and Jill from us :)
BOAJDTAP? XD ;) Don't know where the Lego model is. Thank you so much for your very kind comment and compliment my good friend. As always from you it's much appreciated :) Glad you like it so much even if it's not a firetruck. Greets and hugs to you and Jill from Julia and I. Take care my good friend.
Thank you again very much for your like and your nice comment my friend. Got the numberplate there: http://www.kennzeichengenerator.com/germany.eu.php But it's in German language. You can choose several designs like Switzerland, Austria, Germany new/old + historical numberplates.
One question my good friend Sven. Where Is the LEGO model in this post? I see pics of real T3's and no LEGO. LOL LOL. My friend you bring realism and accuracy of detail every time you step to the plate and crush one out of the park. BOAJDTAP.
A super great job Sven.
Thank you so much for all your kind words my good friend Firas :) I'm really happy about that you like it so much. Btw, did you notice the trailer? Not sure if the pics were up while you wrote your comment. And yes, the flex tubes are really useful :) I learned it from my friend "the master of flex tubes" David Hensley.
Very nice work my good friend! The usage of the flex tubes is very smart. I'm working on a car right now that depends so much on flex tubes, it's really amazing what those Tubes can do. Keep up the great work. A+
Thank you so much for your really kind comment my good friend Gabor :) Yes, I really like using the minifig hands and rigid hoses. They open up so many new possibilities. You can nearly do with them whatever you want ;) That's so cool. I asked my friend if he could take a picture of his dad's smiling when he got the model :D He will do. Many lovely greetings back to you from Julia and I :)
Thank you so much Scotty. I really appreciate every single one of your kind words you left for me ;) Yes, it's a really nice one but I don't use it as base for some kind of fire truck ;) Thanks again so much my friend!
Very cool! Looks like you really like using minifig hands and rigid hoses to make cool constructions since your ladder truck! Great work! I'm sure, that your friend's father will be happy! Greetings to Julia and You! :)
I am so proud to be the first to see this Sven, this is really nice! I am really impressed by all of the stuff that you have built, and this is no exception what so ever. This is a really nice rig from you, and it could even be built into some sort of fire truck if you tried.
