Hello everyone, here is my latest creation, it was sitting on my shelf for a while but I didn't have the time to take the photos and post it, finally its here... Actually i do built both versions of the Testarosa, the 80s one and the 512 RT version, to be honest I am not fully satisfied with the yellow one, I liked the red one more, also this model includes a lot of details , techniques and functional elements with removable body elements and a convertible version, so please make sure to check out the YouTube video for a closer look. Thanks for visiting my page everyone, hope you like my work.
About this creation

The youtube video

Ferrari Testarossa

Ferrari S.p.A. is an Italian luxury sports car manufacturer based inMaranello. Founded by Enzo Ferrari in 1939 as Auto Avio Costruzioni, the company built its first car in 1940. However, the company's inception as an auto manufacturer is usually recognized in 1947 when the first Ferrari-badged car was completed.

Overall view:
Here are some shots for the model from a different angles...

The functional elements:

Welcome to the interior section:

The engine:
Here are some shots for the V12 huge removable engine...

The removable rear section:
This is actually my favorite part of this MOC, I used the M-Tron magnetic technique for the removable rear end and the removable engine, please watch the YT video for a clearer look.

Quoting Nils O. Wow, that's awesome! You've built another masterpiece, or almost three of them. The yellow one looks extremely cool, too. But my favourite is the convertible, it's so freaking awesome, just like the one from the Outrun video game! The folding roof is a piece of art itself. But I have to say the wheelbase seems to be a little short, the car looks more like a 348 in the side view. Anyway, the rest is just perfect! Great job! :-))
Thank you very much Nils! The convertible roof was a bit tricky but I had big fun building it. About the side view I know it "looks" a bit short even though I compared it with the blueprints of the car, and I think the reason has to be the thickness of the side doors and that's because the side vents and the size of the wheels... Next time I'll try to fix these kind of problems. Thank you for pointing this out though, always appreciate constructive feedback ;-)

Quoting Nathanael Kuipers Nice to see something from you again. The front shot is very impressive and spot on! The modular structure of this build is also great. If I may express some criticism, it feels like the side profile suffers from the same issues as the LEGO F40; the area behind the door to the rear end seems a bit compressed which makes it look out of proportion. But then again, I probably couldn't do a better job... ;)
Thank you very much for the compliment and the positive criticism, I'll try to do a better job next time ;-)

Quoting matt rowntRee ERMEGERD!!! Where's the white Crockett & Tubbs version? That's a car that takes me back, always loved that shaping and those side vanes are killer.
