Gravity GT1
Welcome! I have been planning to make something like this for a while, though I got builders block when I started it. It took a while to build and my inner child eventually took over. Please let me know what you think :)
About this creation
My main inspiration for this came from the TVR Speed 12 and Marcos LM600, hence all of the huge vents and louvres. For a while, it looked a little too much like a Viper, however I added new parts to it to make it look more British and like a racing car.

I'd say this is my favourite view.

Love these vents!

These photos really do not do the engine justice. I will perhaps upload a few more to Flickr at some point.

For better quality, please check the photos out on my Flickr.
Thank you for viewing!

This is simply awesome, I specially like how you did the door, simple but impressively good looking. Also, what has happened to your car building? It's been almost two years since you posted something here, would be a shame if other car builder retired from MocPages.

I think this is my favorite Gravity car from you yet! It is really polished and well thought out. The piece usage for the doors is very clever. -Noah

Quoting Alexander Paschoaletto Wait... I forgot to comment? Shame on me, sorry! This is simply spectacular, I really liked the rear view (which reminds me of some very aggressive concept Ferraris I've seen around) and the functions of it. The new footage is excellent as well, and the way you did the spoiler is pretty awesome. Keep it up, buddy!
No worries Alexander! I'm glad you like it :)

Quoting Deus "Big D." Otiosus The only thing I do not like is the small windscreen. Otherwise this is a super awesome car.
Thanks, I originally made the car a hard top and the roof got wider towards the back, that's probably why the windscreen looks small now

Quoting Nils O. Wow, that's freaking awesome! It looks like it could be a real supercar, wow! The air vents at the end of the front hood are extremely cool and the SNOT door panels fit in perfectly (Great parts usage!). The V8 is very hot, too. Great job! :-)) P.S.: The more I look at it, the more I see a great base for a Viper R/T 10 in it...
Thank you Nils!

Quoting David Roberts Gulp! That's very shiny and very red and very impressive. I have to ask, did you polish the model or is it just well lit? I love the vents and scoops at the front and that big arch piece at the back. Interesting to see a front engine in a world of mid engined supercars. I also like the thick, smooth, rounded doors. I bet they close with a quality "clunk".
Thank you, yes, he hinges they are on are clunky ones and the doors clunk shut! Also, no, I didn't polish it - I took the photos in a conservatory which meant the light was quite bright. No different to how I normally photograph my models, other than I have a new camera.
