Quoting Bert Van Raemdonck Jaw-dropping awesome. It's incredible how you managed to convey a sense of scale through different techniques, and managed to keep even the big flat areas interesting to look at. I love how you can just keep zooming on on the model to see more and more goodness. Blogged! on the Eurobricks Star Wars Forum Blog (http://eurobricksstarwarsforum.com/2015/09/15/there-arent-any-bases-around-here-where-did-it-come-from/)

Thank you. The color was a reason to me for building this ship.

Quoting LukeClarenceVan The Revanchist Oh man, this is too cool. I think this is the largest Wild Karrde that's been made in LEGO, in brown at least. Not too far off minifig scale too - I think minifig scale would be around 2m long if memory serves. Phenomenal work! The amount of detail you've fit into this is stunning - I could spend longer than I care to admit just looking at these photos. Your eye for accuracy is impressive, this looks like a near perfect replica. Hopefully you haven't dismantled this already - when I built the Wild Karrde a couple years ago I remember how awesome it was just having it sitting around the house, and with your larger and more detailed version it would be even cooler.
Thank you very much for these nice words. Unfortunately I have the ship dismantled yet. I need the parts and the place.

Quoting Tim C Amazing. Simply amazing. This does not look like LEGO. My first impression when I saw it was that the main pic was the reference pic, and I clicked on it to see how you managed it in LEGO. Imagine my surprise to learn that it was all LEGO the whole time. Furthermore, I wasn't expecting that it had an interior. Blew my mind with that one. Really a great piece of work, KW. You may be the master of the SW Universe. Keep it up!
