Well, pardon my AWOL status. I was busy doing some piano arranging last week instead of brickin' around...
About this creation
Well hi! (Dory - Finding Nemo)

It's good to be back :)

This is a continuation of my Nolan Adventurer Chronicles:

"Having met with the regional noble and his select few advisers, Nolan was given the option of setting out on the near-impossible mission of scaling the infamous L'Arbor Peak in order to find a long fabled device with incredible power. How word of it had ever reached the noble was beyond Nolan. The whispering doubts as to his purposes and plans upon acquiring the device plagued Nolan's mind, but that was a bridge to be crossed at a later point. The adventurer in him was awakening and consequently drove him to accept the task of finding and returning with the object...
Grueling hand over agonizing hand he pulled himself up as his strength waned. Brief thoughts of losing hold and tumbling the nearly 750 feet to his death almost overcame him, but he pushed them aside in his gritty determination that nothing would overcome his desire to achieve the long-proposed impossibility...

Little did he know of the nature altering properties and effects of the magic device..."

So, many thanks to soccersocks. She was the inspiration behind this build. I've seen trees made in this style for ages, but there was something about her last perspective scene that really made me want to try it out. In this particular case, the blackness of the trunk adds to the mystery of the creation as a whole (that and I had no brown pieces for the technique).

Here's a neat-o perspective shot that I thought you all would enjoy...

Heh, almost there! *Puff! Puff! Wheeze! Gasp! Whew!*

I'll be seeing you all around sometime or 'nother, it's a lot of fun being on this here site. Quite the experience...

God bless,

Beautiful creation Promar! :) Your trees always dazzle me, I don't even understand how you've connected some pieces to the trunk."nature altering properties and effects of the magic device..." sounds interesting, No clue what it means though. XD Also excellent rock work, and perspective photo. :D ten out o' ten, Top marks, can't wait for more! :D

Thanks for the shout-out! the tree you made here definitely achieved the mysterious title you gave it. The rockwork uses a lot of SNOT of which I approve, my creation coming out soon will have a ton of it. Thanks for posting!!
