This is Optimus Prime as he appeared in IDW's Comics “Infiltration” to “Revelation”.
About this creation
Here comes another Optimus Prime for the newly established “Optimarch”.

I started working on this in 2007 after reading IDW's Transformers Infiltration and I finished the robot mode (and much of the transformation) in 2012, just in time for BrickCon. (You might have seen it on flickr)
Now, after a two year break, I finally finished the last details on the truck and managed to hide everything in robot mode. That make this the fourth (or zeroth) transformer that I finish.

Robot Mode:

Truck Mode:

As usual, here is a video. (this time in 4x speed)

(mocpage woulden't allow iframe so I use a imagelink for now)

Reference pictures from the comics.

And a size compare with some toys.

OK, we are Lego fans but some of you might recognize these toys. For you who don't, the small one is the original Optimus Prime (well, the G2 version of the first toy) and the large one is the first masterpiece (MP-01) the largest Official Optimus I know
And if you have read this far, I'm working on a trailer too.

I made a LDD file for the head.

Fill free to build it for privet use (like putting on your desk) or use for inspiration. If you publish the head unmodified, credit me.
Do NOT distribute or sell the LDD file!

I thought it was some English saying I didn't get as I'm Swedish but that I should have known about. (a statue so lifelike it only lacked speech, well you learn something every day) Thanks again.
Quoting Cristian Gates Sorry "only missing the word" is an italian figure of speech meaning total perfection. When Michelangelo Buonarroti ended his Moses statue, hit the Moses's knee, asking: "Why you don't speak?". Because it seemed alive. I think same for your moc. I'm so sorry for my bad English and for not perfect translation of google.

Thank you. Do you like E.J.'s design to? This was (sadly) the smallest scale that could capture all the details from the comic. (also, what is this word that's missing?)
Quoting Cristian Gates Fantastic moc. This scale is perfect for the details of our favourite Prime. The head is wonderful. Only one thing missing the word. ;-)100/100

Yes, my transformers take a lot of time and this one especially. I'm glad you like it, your cars are amazing by the way. I might use your Murcielago as template for Sideswipe. But I will take a break from transformers for a while and build some sci-fi stories for now.
Quoting Firas Abu-Jaber You easily can see that you put a lot of time and effort in this outstanding project, and the result is just astonishing! I saw the video, and I really impressed. Bravo.

Quoting El Barto ! Dude! Awesome! I didn't notice the old school technic wheels until I saw the video. This thing is a MONSTER! Love that shot with the arm detached, really shows the complexity of the mechanism. Congrats!

Thanks! But it's actually just huge to fit all the details from the comic. If I could I'd make it smaller. But at least it look impressive.

Quoting Chris Roach True to form - glitched! And it won't let me correct my rating back to 5 of 5 - that's not cool!
