Ready for battle? Not yet, but we're working on it...
About this creation
Hi ya all!
So this would be my first attempt at making a brick built figure (or in this case bust), and as such please forgive his shoddy incomplete appearance since I have no experience with such things.
This poor guy is a little scared to be out in battle (hence the sad eyes and drooping mustache), but at least he's got a helmet ;)
Yeah, I ran out of tan pieces. Again, please practice patience with me, I'm still very much an amateur.
I got the idea of building this from seeing this awesome creation --> http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/408299. Thanks Paul for inspiring us with your awesomely funny build :D Also my thanks to Soccer Socks for this guy --> http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/405951. This build was also a key part in getting me out on a wire by trying to build this figure.
Have I ever said how awesome this site is? Well let it be written that I have. Awesome Possum.
That is a really good use of the radar dishes there as cheeks. Nice work Promar! Your first attempt at a face-figure-sculpture is certainly nothing to be ashamed of, and in fact I'd say you have done a wonderful job with this!!! Plenty of details all around, interesting ways you've connected the parts, and with the signature Promar Quadratus originality taste to it, this build is certain to be a hit for sure. 5/5! :-)
