MocOlympics Round 2 "Elio Salsano" vs "Mariner 1000" Food is Good!
Food is Good! A steak (biefstuk in dutch), with peppercreamsauce, with some salat and asparagus with thin ham and pies. On the side additional salat and some carrots, glazed in sugar water. And to accompany the dish, a glass of red wine.

This was food 1.1

Fourth wall. (what's a fourth wall?)

It's a category I have never build in. It was a challenge. First I had to think of something to build. It started with the plate, food on a table is frowned upon here. The plate was quite difficult. The angles are not perfect, and I do not have slope pieces in white. (The ones I used are mostly out of my son's police office. (great set by the way)
Next thing was the hand, which looks pretty cool to me. Since I do not have hinges in a lot of colors, I used dark bley with black. I tried to build the anatomy of the hand, which is pretty difficult... The glass was the next thing, but it turned out like I wanted it. I won't show you the back, my clear pieces were all used for the glass. (I think about 400 pieces are in it.
The last thing I build was the food itself. I made a lot of different arrangements on the plate. In the end I decided to create some small things on the side.
This build was probably my most challenging build.

(I do not like wine, but I loved to build the glass. And a glass of apple cider was not that classy...

Please let me know what you think about it!
And good luck to my opponent!

Thanks a lot!
Elio

If this MOC makes the judges as hungry as I am getting just looking at it, you should do very well. Every piece is very well done, and I really like the square plate.

Nicely done, really love the inclusion of hand. You should have added 2-3 round black plates on the sauce.
