Common Rat
This is a Common Rat. Apparently it is also called Norvegian Rat. Its origins are in Russia, so I don´t understand the name. The german name is "Wanderratte".

Quoting MCLegoboy ! An odd numbered wide base. It looks great, but why would you do that to yourself? I have such a hard with finding 1x3 and 2x3 pieces for some reason.
You must not have very many. Those are actually the ones I seem to find the most! On a different note, very cute creature! I like it!

Great Work Again, it amazes me that you can shape the body so accurate using only standard bricks.

The rat may be common but that does not describe your creation. Excellent shaping and parts usage. Well done.
