As all the UCS sets come with the exclusif sticker I thought I'd create one for my own droid control ship.
About this creation
I think lots of people thought about making one, but did not know where to start.
First of all I've used a template that I've found on the internet.
Then you'll need Fotoshop (any version will do). Open the picture of your creation in photoshop. Leave brightness on default and put a lot of contrast to the picture +53%
Convert the picture to black & white (grayscales). And remove everything around the main construction (gum)or with pensel or airbrush. You will have better results later on if the background is black.
Use Glowing edges in the Stylise menu.
Improve colour adjustments - colour variations (less green / red / blue) untill you have the desired colour.
Use the magic wand to deselect the background and erase it with the gum.
Save this image
Open a new empty document in photoshop. Open the sticker template (background) Duplicate it (it will automatically create a new layer)
Open your safed image . (layer 2)This image will hide your stickertemplate, but you can resize and erase some parts of your image untill the Star Wars logo becomes visible.
Creating text with the text tool is easy and creates other layers.
The text I used is a Data File I found in a Star Wars cross sections book.
I suppose that there may be others ways to create this kind of stickers, but this went rather easy.
If you are familiar with Photoshop making the sticker should not be much of a problem. But if you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Fantastic, 5/5! I've been wondering how people, with UCS STAR WARS MOCS, got these fascinating stickers! BTW, would you consider making video of the process, for visual explanation?
There's not much to show on the video as it's more or less some photoshop steps you have to take. The steps are as I discribed them. I think you should try for yourself and if its not working out I can help you where you got stuck.
