More Gulf Mirage Racing Team. Ye olden Mercedes LP608 Parts van. Hope you like it :)
About this creation
The rear. Some heavy SNOT works going on here...
A bit of doubled shot - another rear view :)
My favorite part contains the rear wheelarcher: Looks like real, but made on a oddly way...
Hope I clear it up by colouring the parts, those are 1x2 ''cheese-pieces'', oddly placed. Because the whole box is made sideways. Hmmm...
How'd I manage to make bow-pieces on both ends? With the ''fire-post'' pieces. Studs on sides and top.
Towbar, not used (yet). Don't know if I need to make a trailer for this.
Thanks for watching!
Thanks Ape Fight for giving me the link for reference trucks pics, viewable here.

Yeah, our two trucks together in one garage would be great. Thank you my friend :) Your truck is so cool. Had the same cab at our Fire Dept's Tanker. But it's sold since some years.
Great to hear from you (the rig/van master :)) that it's really cool. And this looks like a cool truck to have for your fire dept. :) thanks again my friend.
@Ape: yes I know what you mean: the main thing almost all 4-wides have is that the headlights are built with 1x1 cheese pieces, it makes the same. Thanks! :) @Matthias: Jeej, Peugeot 208! :D Veel succes met bouwen en dankjewel voor je aardige commentaar! :)
This is how LDD is done : ) Not a 4-wide that looks the same as every other 4-wide, but an original and inventive MOC that makes the most of the unlimited bricks in rare colours available in digitial. I'd love to see it for real though!! 4 stars
Wow, thanks for all the support! You've made my day - and it just begun :) Big replies: @Nick: yeah, the bow-pieces give a smooth look, I agree :) @Harry: ''colours are great'' That's excactly the thing of Gulf Porsche Mirage: the win/win orange/blue colourscheme. You are welcome to join me at CRT ;) @Sven: Yeah, you can be right, this was by accident made because I had another windscreen first. Well, it's now uploaded, I maybe do some experiments to it :) Oh, BTW this loves to be in one garage with your UPS van :) @Starscream: Thanks! @Vinny: not in the same scale, but I have a transporter, another parts van (need to get rid of it :P) and two Porsches, viewable here: http://mocpages.com/moc.php/340659 @Marcus: yeah, the SNOT works look cool, huh? :) @Senator: yay, you called it box-tastic :) Thanks! @Halhi: Great to hear that! @Marcel: ''lije'' is ''like'' probably? ;) Magic... maybe couse of the magic fingers who build it? ;) @Alex: Lovely in real, but impossible. My orange bricks are not very much so impossible. There is coming a new 14-wide yellowcar though :) @Isaac: more SNOT compliments! Thanks! And all of you thanks for the support, and rating it onto the homepage! :)
Yes, this is a great truck my friend. Clever parts usage at the back with the bows :) But your cab is longer than the original one. You could shorten it a bit with removing the 1x1 bricks between the windows. Apart from that it's another fantastic Gulf creation from you. Well done Loek
