powered with a REAL LEGO SOLAR PANEL!...combo with the municipal garage as energy accumulator!
this was a very important build for the city, and for me too!
About this creation
i finally built the recycling truck, and road train.
i now have to adapt the recycling facility to be able to dump the material in the truck,
in a smarter fashion than with the crane, as it is now.
to dispose of the recyclables, that needs to be transported for transformation,
i have designed a road train to get the material to the factories,
where they will finally be transformed.
the bin with the red cover indicates dangerous waste.
some material can be transformed safely as fuel for power.
i have also built the 4 recycling containers,
i now have to place them very carefully somewhere in the city.
the finally finished final version of the recycling collection truck.
this is the old municipal fleet!
it used to consist of a residential-industrial recycling collection truck,[unfinished]
a residential-industrial garbage truck,
an electricity truck,
and a sewer service truck.
i will also build;a tool-sign trailer.
i had thoughts about this creation from the start of it all!
this is my utopian vision for an ecologically driven city!
a more responsible aproach to city planning!
i have no hard feelings about people imitating this idea or theme since,
it s kinda what i hoped for!
i plan to make mini stories, and reality and education, are part of
the fun i will use!
manoxylo and me!
the tools for the recycling bay! note the fire code!
the tools for the crane, and a water filter!
the green generator, works from the heat of the furnace!
the working compactor!
i did nt forget the fire code, did you? ok,i m still on waiting for
official approval via comments!
the magic under the compactor! note;i should have done the same with the next
grey vent panel since,i made a nice fire debris detail!
well, all very nice creations go through this!
an overall side view! a little blurry view ! sorry!
opening the panel...
what s in there?
the recuperation space for debris and maintenance...
ok,well i have 1 grey baseplateto do all that stuff!
so it s a solution i m comfortable with for now!
the debris come from here by the crane!
the ecolo-workers sorting the debris!
i d very much like to automatize this process,
as the technology exists, and the workers have better to do!
it takes a very long time, and they are well paid!
hey, guys it s the cantina coming!
just a joke...they did nt like it!
ah,here is the dump of this week,
sounds like you ll have time to forget my bad jokes.
here we have a good view of the solar panel,
enough power to light up the world!!!
ooh! i ll have to find gloves for wintertime!
all my cranes are accessible by ladders!
some of the crew at work! good job guys!
take the chainsaw!
ok,the trucks,let s be serious,hurrp!
look at these trucks very well, for their demise is at hand!
the red one will now be converted green,
for sewer service,and septic tanks!
while the other 2 will make a dedicated recycling truck.
i will also do a regular looking garbage truck!
it s done!
but i want to keep this picture as a reference to the steps
of my progress!
feel free to comment!
the back of the 2 buildings!
note the mobile sorting chariot.
this makes it easier on the dumps with the trucks!
right side view!
note that the crane has access to the street!
it still needs more details but, that s pretty much it!
the back of the building!
here,is the most probable place i will put these lights,
in the water tanks! for effect!
as they re supposed to cool the furnace s evacuated water!
wich was used to cool the furnace itself!
wich was pumped by the furnace s power!...ouff!
top angled view!
here from the support hooks,we can change one crane tool,
to another! et voila!
and this is how we use it!
offered to the gods of recycling, for a better future!
get it on the sacrificing plate!
and up we go!with no effort,
tanks to counterweights in the back of the crane!
it s crunchtime! no sound effect! too bad!
top down view!
top down view front!
the soiled water!
the clean water!
water coolant system tanks!
the same +fire extinguisher! notice the furnace grill!
the main filtering system!
the water pipes system that leads to the municipal garage!
the furnace s main controls!
notice the main pipe in this overview!
the back of the building, with the cooling tanks+
the 3 lights and connections!
overall, there is a lot i like about it,but it can be improved upon a lot!
small touches for now, later? we ll see!
I HAVE POSTED A MUCH BETTER VERSION OF THIS!
WITH A STORY, CHECK IT OUT!!!
Very good work! I love your recycling center. The center and the garbage truck are realistic. I especially like the road train with a crane it is very successful!
Très bon travail ! j'aime votre centre de recyclage des déchets. Le centre et les camion poubelles sont réalistes. J'aime particulièrement le train routier avec la grue il est très réussi !
This facility is amazing! I am unfamiliar with your past work, but this will definitely persuade me into looking into it. I love how in depth everything here is: you have an imaginative purpose for each miniature creation contained in this MOC + these mini MOCs look like they could very well do what you are suggesting . The color scheme is lovely as well. Excellent work!

Hey did you leaved my group??? Marvel an DC Mocs, why???
English: Amazing, might I recommend that realistically, if you added Fire Sprinklers, Fire Alarms, and Smoke Detectors, if the Extinguisher failed, the mini-figs would be able to escape, and the sprinklers would keep the fire under control until the CCFD (CyberCity Fire Dept.) arrived and are able to attend to the fire.
That is a nice plant! It certainly shows that you have put a lot of thought into how the process should work. And the size of the build and that fleet of vehicles also show that this is a high priority building for you :-)
Hello, I am here to remind you about a contest you are in, The F.I. Product Contest. The deadline for entries is the 15 of June, so if you are sill interested; say something like that in the group (I can't keep track of all these notifications). If you don't wish to continue, please say that as well, so I know. >Eric
Hi Cyberfrank!! where can I join your concept?? it looks like a really good idea to make the two cities compatible!! I just do not know which group you meant... can you invite me to the group? Greets Jasper
this is amazing as per usual its well planned ,well decorated and filled with good details!

Man, My Hat Is Off To You City Builders, When You Guys Make A Building, And You Put Great Amount Of Detail Into That Building, And Then Do That Enough Times To Make A City, It Blows My Mind, Great Job.

i m glad it s cleared! i sensed at some point, that it didn t feel right, and ajusted, sometimes, the translation is quite tough![i m french speaking!]and my comments basic and rough, sometimes, sophisticated,i know it s hard to figure me ,it comes from my english learning process,[cartoons, comics, movies, american, british, canadian,]as mentionned on my page,i m still in progress,i hope i didn t offend anyone,as sometimes it don t come out the way i mean.
i also consider you as a most precious friend, and peer creator,i can t press enough, that i respect anyone who has the guts to show what they re made of on these pages!,i ll mod my page accordingly! thanks again andy!

they are!...so much in fact, that i feel that they will influence my city centers, and houses design, and techniques for sure!
i hope i ll get to see them better on moc though,as i d appreciate a narration from you,i apreciate this factor a lot! thanks! your city heritage is quite something! it reminds me of joerg!
Mr Cyberfrank, this is simply amazing, I would even go as far as to say faultless.
Thank you for your comments and support on my MOCs.
I must apologise that I didn't take criticism very graciously and took it personally. As I've got to know you I have realised that your intentions are not negative and certainly not a personal attack.
In fact, I am glad you suggested certain things as I have certainly taken them into account when building the next MOC and I must say each one seems to be an improvement.
Thank you, mate. I look on you as good friend on MOCpages and I am very appreciative of your support. Keep on bricking!
Very interessting concept and very nice and presice build! -And great trucks all around. Also I must thank you very much for your thorough reveiw and comments on many of my models; Thanks! Seeing your stuff here, made me think of some CITY-stuff I did before joining MOCpages. You can find it here; http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=341105 -maybe it is of interrest to you...

the eyewash stations are in concept in my mind,i have a potable solution ,wich i did nt try yet! but you can take my word to the bank[cybercity please!]that there will be 1 for each of those 2 buildings! thanks for your comments and fireman check! really appreciated!
Quite FRANKly, this facility is amazing!! Puns aside, it is huge and incredibly well thought out. You never cease to amaze me with what you come up with. I would give the truck grilles some more work, but that's just my style. L like the square lights. I love the fact that it has hose line hookups and fire extinguishers, many leave that out. I see big(ger) (oops another pun, I wasn't supposed to do that) things for you in the future. I would like to see an eye wash in the facilities, that would be interesting! Good luck! -James Kontoules, White Ridge Fire/Rescue

hey! you have very interesting stuff too, very nice arsenal of technics,+vintage wheels [that i love]to name a few,and can i tell you about how much i m anxious of a car made from you with the new 10 wide windshield in the toy story kit?
and you can buy yourself all these kits,as they are still available, yours are exclusive!
Quoting El Barto !
hey! thanks el barto! we let nothing slide!
that s exactly the comments i was looking for!
expect the best! notify the rest!
i m going for realism here!
i ll make eyewash stations for sure!
if there s something missing,i ll fix it!
thanks to your comments you ll be credited this idea!
Quoting christophe corthay
