These are the different suits the BARON has (At the moment, i might make more) and a wonderful(and REALLLY long) story on how he made them!
About this creation
The Making of the Suits
The BARON, for his first arm used conventional methods of machinery; metals, motors, and whatnot. This backfired because of the rusting, fragility, and just plain ugliness of his first arm. Then came the literally hundreds of prototypes that tried to make the perfect robotic arm. But the results were always the same. The problem was the material that the arm was made of. Metal.
So he tried using other materials. He tried everything, even wood. He finally, through the intervention of his friends, just stopped and got a hobby. Blowing glass. He became a good glass-blower and finally had the idea to try and make his arm out of glass. But not just any glass.
He took volcanic sand the made a long, thin tube of glass. He then set it on a spinning rack the spun the glass over an oven to keep it hollow. He stretched it out until it was as thin as hair, and longer than a mile. This strand of essentially fiber optics cable, broke after trying to weave it. He tried again. And again, but it lacked core structure.
He then realized that he needed to put something in the core, while it was still hollow. He tried protodermis first, just a big wad of it stuck in the middle. It immediately shattered. Then he tried protosteel. It almost worked but it was too heavy. He then tried protosteel shavings, like sawdust. He blew them inside as evenly as he could. He kept rolling it, and stretching it. Soon, he had a long, dark cable of glass. But it wasn't glass. It was bendable, but it was extremely hard and less than the size of a human hair.
He then perfected the technology and called the cables "protoglass." To make his armor he would take two cables of protoglass and entwine them to make a bigger fiber . Then he would take two of these larger fibers and make an even larger fiber, almost like making rope. He would then take this tetra-cable and weave it into large sheets of them, about 2 square yards each.
Then he puts them in a high temperature oven to slightly melt them into a full sheet of 'metal', but still having the properties of bend-ability and strength but now with an added heat resistance. The exposure to heat makes the protosteel inside expand, making the cable denser and thus raising the melting point of the protoglass.
After the material was perfected, the BARON began work again on his armor and also sells it to anyone with the right money, mostly Dark Hunters and Toa. He then started to make different variants of his armor that are specifically designed for certain purposes, i.e. Heavy Combat, Light Stealth, Flight, etc.
