Hi! I am a visual artist and live in Melbourne, Australia. I got back into Lego around the middle of 2010 and build quite a bit of random stuff, although i do tend towards high fantasy themes. For a while i worked as a Lego model designer for a small construction play company (not TLG!), which changed my outlook on building considerably. In some ways, i'm still coming to terms with this new found perspective, but mainly i'm just enjoying building for myself again. :)
Projects i'd like to tackle in 2018:
1) Space pirates!
2) The State library of Victoria - a heritage building that is one of my favourite places in my hometown.
3) Busts of Trixie and Katya. (If you look them up, just be aware that the stuff they say has some bad language and is often nsfw!)
4) Fords of Bruinen scene from LOTR - been wanting to do this one for YEARS! One of my fav scenes in the first film.
5) Life-sized cat sculpture.
I'm sure i'll add to this as more ideas occur to me.
Anyhoo, thanks for visiting - see you around!
ps. I've fallen out of the habit of uploading my MOC's to this page in recent years, so in the next week or so i'll be fixing that by adding some of my old models, with notes on when they were built. :)
