Depends. We have 14 people signed up, so 4 rounds is reasonable. If we get above 20, we will have to expand to 5.

@ CITY CREAOTR-

The gorup was hacked, changed to a "ha ha ha I got you" Harry Potter pictures, and given a stupid title. Then, an admin changed it to a photo which he thoguht was the original picture, which was the MocOlympics logo. I recommend keeping it as the old logo, as it looked cool.

I suggest that Hacim Bricks will be thrown out of this competition because of his remarks on Lego Predators build:

Hacim Bricks August 12, 2016
I voted for your opponent simply because I feel like the rainbow color of your vase is supporting and advancing the LGBT agenda

It is up to you, but I do not think there should be any kind of tolerence for this kind of remarks!

Whoa! That IS a weird comment. I do not see that those particular colors reflect the LGBT agenda. Aren't their flags more colorful with all of the colors of the rainbow? Anyway, whether they do or not, I agree we should NOT tolerate this kind of remark. If he thought so, he should have kept it to himself.

Just because it's a rainbow doesn't mean it's supporting LGBT agenda, rainbows were around before LGBT.
| August 13, 2016, 7:59 am
All I can say is that I didnīt build my entry like a support for LGTB agenda. I just wanted to build moc full of colors because my and Justinīs category was "No grayscale".

I agree. People's opinions about unrelated issues should not affect their judging.

I'm not going to mention my potentially "intolerant" views on LGBT issues, but a few things:

1. Your build (which is awesome, btw) wasn't even a complete rainbow. I don't understand why Hacim would make such an assumption.

2. Like you said, you didn't say anywhere in the build that this was for LGBT movements.

3. No matter what, Hacim's criterion is completely arbitrary. I would much rather lose his vote on a legitimate, LEGO RELATED criterion than win it for such a reason.

4. Oh, is it possible he (Hacim) was being sarcastic? It'd still be rude of course to be sarcastic but I feel like we shouldn't rule that out.

Thank you for your input, Justin. Reason number 4 is probably the most likely, in my opinion.

I find it interesting that Hacim has not pronounced himself or come to his own defense about this topic. This leaves me to infer one of two things: Either he (1) hasn't seen this topic yet, which would mean he is pretty inactive or (2) he may be feeling a bit guilty for what he did. I think it is number 1 since if it were number 2 he would probably have deleted his comment from LegoPredator's build.

This is typical Hacim. I know for a fact that he spends more time on Flickr and Google+ more than MOCpages. He's just being stnpid to be stnpid. What's happening here is a bit of an overreaction, but I do feel he started controversy for no particular reason which is not good. I can point him toward the conversation, but no promises he'll do anything. I think he secretly hates MOCpages. (That's my attempt at starting even more controversy.)

As long as his "reason" was not the real reason he gave his vote to me, then I don't care too much. There will always be people saying all sorts of ridiculous and hateful things.

I mean, it's not hateful to be against LGBT, but the fact that he applied Lego predators rainbow color vase to LGBT when he didn't mean that at all is just unnecessary.

K guys, I was out of the house all day, but let me clear some things up...

It was a joke. I have edited the comment for your sake. It was somewhat of an inside joke referring to something a different community member posted on Twitter

It did not affect my judging.

It was a close match, but the reason I voted for Justin Li is cause I felt his build was a little more creative. I have seen similar flowers in the past, and no techniques particularly stood out to me. At the same time, it was close because Justin's build was rather messy, and I felt like the tan on the flag looked a little off.

Finally, I didn't actually think your build was LGBT related, and if ya'll want to kick me out of judging, that's fine :P

2 much drama 4 me

Hey Hacim, your "joke" was not funny at all. Also not everyone knows what a different community member posted on Twitter.

When you have Lego related reasons for your vote, itīs ok of course. Justinīs moc is cool.
